Please include your account email or phone number so we can find your account quickly. If your message is about a privacy request, please put “Privacy request” in the subject line.
We watch UK government, council, and regulator websites every day on your behalf. When something changes that could affect your business — a new fee, a rule change, a licensing requirement — we send you a short, plain-English alert by SMS, push notification and email so you can act before you get fined.
Once the apps are live, download ScanToComply from the App Store or Google Play, enter your phone number to verify, tell us your business type and location, and you’re done. New accounts include a 14-day free trial — no payment method needed during the trial.
After the 14-day free trial, plans start from a small monthly subscription billed in GBP. You can pick monthly or yearly billing. All prices are shown clearly inside the app before you subscribe and you can cancel auto-renew at any time from the Account screen.
Open the app, go to Account, and turn off auto-renew. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period. There’s no penalty and no need to email us. If you’d like us to delete your account entirely, email support@scantocomply.co.uk.
Because the service is digital and starts delivering value immediately, we don’t routinely refund partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@scantocomply.co.uk within 14 days of the charge and we’ll review on a case-by-case basis. Nothing in this affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Reply STOP to any ScanToComply text message and we’ll unsubscribe you from SMS straight away. We’ll also email you a link where you can choose to stop emails, stop SMS, unsubscribe from everything, or resume. Replying STOP only stops the messages — it doesn’t cancel your subscription. To stop billing, use the auto-renew toggle in the app.
Yes. We use TLS for all traffic, encrypt data at rest, and only share with the trusted providers needed to run the service (Stripe for payments, Twilio for SMS, Resend for email, OpenAI for summarising public web pages, and Replit for hosting). We never sell your data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Yes. Inside the app you can change your business type, add or remove locations, and we’ll only send you alerts that match. If something specific is noisy, email us with the details and we’ll help you fine-tune it.
Double-check the phone number you entered (including the country code) and make sure your phone has signal. If the SMS still doesn’t arrive, wait 60 seconds and tap “Resend code”. If it still doesn’t come through, email support@scantocomply.co.uk and we’ll sort it out manually.
